1. Standard Return Guidelines

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1.      Log In to your MamaSuzi.com account.

2.      Go to "My Orders" and select the item(s) you wish to return.

3.      Select a reason and choose between a refund or exchange.

4.      We will email you a printable prepaid return shipping label and packing instructions.

5.      Securely pack the item, attach the label, and drop it at the designated carrier.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the return.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Important Exceptions & Special Cases

For the health, safety, and well-being of all our families, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Hygiene-Sensitive Products:
    • Opened or used breast pumps, pump parts, and bottles.
    • Nursing pads, maternity underwear, and postpartum care items where the hygiene seal is broken.
    • Baby pacifiers, teethers, and bottle nipples removed from original sterile packaging.
  • Personal Care Products: Opened creams, lotions, balms, shampoos, and soaps.
  • Personalized & Custom-Made Items: Any product monogrammed or made-to-order.
  • Digital Products: Downloaded e-books, guides, or digital content.
  • Clearance & Final Sale Items: Marked as such on the product page.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We deeply apologize if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will often arrange for a prepaid return label and ship a replacement immediately, or issue a full refund (including shipping).
  • We may request photos to assist in resolving the issue quickly.

6. Safety & Recalled Items

Your family's safety is our highest priority. If any item you purchase is subject to a manufacturer's recall, we will notify you immediately per our records and follow all Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines. 7. Exchanges

We want you to have the right product. To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

  • Initiate a return as described above and select "Exchange."
  • If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, you will be refunded the difference.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Third-Party Marketplace Sellers

MamaSuzi.com hosts trusted, curated sellers. All sellers are required to accept returns within a minimum 30-day window, but their specific policy may be more generous. Please check the individual seller's policy on the product listing page. MamaSuzi will facilitate and support the resolution of any marketplace return.
