Log In to your MamaSuzi.com account.

Go to "My Orders" and
select the item(s) you wish to return.

Select a reason and choose between a refund or
exchange.

We will email you a printable prepaid return
shipping label and packing instructions.
5.
Securely pack the item, attach the label, and drop it
at the designated carrier.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and
process your refund or exchange.
