MamaSuzi.com operates as a curated marketplace. This means:

• We sell some products directly.
• Independent, pre-vetted third-party sellers ("Sellers") also list and sell products on our platform.
• MamaSuzi is not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer of all items sold. We provide the platform and facilitate transactions. Your purchase contract for a third-party seller's item is directly between you and that Seller. MamaSuzi is not a party to that contract.
• We are responsible for processing payments and customer service coordination.

Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
